For all services besides project based work we collect 100% upfront. We're very strict on the above.
How Quickly Can We Work Together?
All work will need to be locked in ahead of time.
Our typical lead time to get started is two weeks, but this can change at anytime due to current work demands.
What Are Your Support Hours?
It’s our policy to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Weekend and nights are reserved for our families.
We also take time off for AUS holidays.

This helps us to keep track of your email and respond as soon as we're able to.
What eCommerce Platforms Do You Work With?
We're able to work with most eCommerce platforms from a strategic point of view but if the project requires implementation of integration, design or development we generally stick with BigCommerce and Shopify.
What Are Your Hourly Rates?
We don't have hourly rates.
What's Your Availablity?
We work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
All requests must happen through email as random calls or texts are not guaranteed to be answered.
Do You Have Packages?
Each client is different and thus pricing will be dependent on features and requirements

Our consulting services are based on the requirements of the project.
Our engagements can vary, but our typical tenure is three - six months.
